It seems that there is a bug in Thunderbird 5.0 (documented) that sometimes prevents email address from being copied from an address book to an associated address list. Because of this I'm forced to export address and then import to a new address book. It also seems that you can't import addresses to an existing address book.
What I'd like to do is copy an address from one Address Book to another Address Book. While I can drag-and-drop address but the address is deleted from the source address book.
Am I missing something or is this a known feature in Thunderbird.
