The Draft file...

Please help!! I cannot send any messages out. Mail.com keeps sending a message that there is too much mail in my drafts account. When I go to look, there is nothing there & it shows the sync happening within the last 60 seconds. What can I do? It seems ridiculous!

What happens if you login to the webmail at mail.com? Do you see old email that you can remove?

Maybe you have a lot of old email in other folders? Maybe you have a large attachment that can be deleted?
