Stolen Email

Hello There,

I'm posting my question here hoping to find a clear answer and support please.

My email was stolen from two days, unfortunately, i have so many important mails saved in my email account.
I have tried several ways to get the email back, including the windows live validation, but since two days nobody responded to me. In their automatic responding email, they said that they are going to respond within 24hrs.
