I have always been able to use my hotmail account and link it to my blackberry. However, I was recently sent a new phone as my last one broke and I am now unable to set up my account. My YahooMail still works. When I try to setup the Hotmail account it simply states that I have the username or Password wrong and that if the problem persists I should contact hotmail. I spent an hour on the phone to my mobile network provider (Orange) who have been unable to solve the problem and have passed my issue on to their technical support team and say it could take up to 2 weeks to solve. Is there anything I can do in the mean time? Orange advised me to email hotmail for help but I cannot find any email addressed...
