Sending problem

    Hello,
    I have a problem sending to my client "hotmail account" some sending is blocking, I try to contact support and open a ticket but there is no result, reply me with information on IP reputation Gives me no positive sense. Thank you for answering me

    Hi William,

    Please post a copy of the bounce message you're receiving with the error from Hotmail and your outgoing IP address if you know it.

    Also, there are lots of past discussions about Hotmail Blacklist in case you and to skim through them too.

    Thanks sir for your help,
    The first message is RC-001 for my first IP the second IP i don't receive any error message but my message sent SPAM of the account client???

    What do the logs on your mail server say? Do you see signs of spamming? Does an account appear to be compromised?

    What are your IP addresses. I can't help check blacklists and recent reputation trends without them.

    No sir my ip is not blacklisting, problem is in the reputation of my ip, i need all inforamtions and more practices to increase my ip reputation plzzz!!!
