Sender gets error message when trying to E mail me

    Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

    Subject: FW: Blast Reecived
    Sent: 10/6/2011 11:44 AM

    The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

    Jim on 10/6/2011 11:44 AM
    You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance, contact
    your system administrator.

    I get e mail from everyone except this sender ! They think it is my ISP problem, I tell them it is their ISP problem ! Who is right ?

    Hi Jim,

    What are the domain names for your email address and the senders email address?

    If one of them resembles or belongs to suncityaliante.us that's where the problem is.

    It's the mail service
    at mail.suncityaliante.us that is rejecting the email.
