    I am able to get into my email and read all messages, but am unable to reply to any emails or create new emails. Please help.

    Who's your email provider? Gmail? Outlook.com?

    And do you use an offline client or webmail?

    I have the same problem since a couple of days. It's been working fine for years, and suddendly, in Outlook.com, I cannot reply and answer any emails. When I go to Windows Live, everything is ok.
    Still haven't find anything to help me.

    Hi, I've done some of your 16 steps.Her's the results:
    3- Flash Player is up to date
    4- My update are completed via another updater but are ok
    5- Page refresh didn't do any good
    6- Security Levels are ok
    7- Windows Live: it works perfectly with it
    8- Firefox: Works perfectly with it
    9- I have AVG 2015
    10- Tried Spybot
    11-Privacy is at default
    13- DNS OK
    14- same as Number 7
    15- didn't change anythin
    16- didn't change anything
