What are the domains listed here? It appears to be an internal From/To so it's strange they can't resolve their own names unless they're sometimes getting rate limited (or other intermittent problem) by their own DNS abuse protections instead of having an internal slave of their DNS for their mail servers to use.

New Email
I am having a similar problem. When I try to send an email to accounts with emcare.com, the email bounces back. I can send an email to emcare.com from gmail with no problems. When I report the bug to protonmail, they say that I should make sure that the address is correct. I know the address is correct since I copied and pasted it in to gmail. I have had this happen with another large corportaions email system. It seems that they are blocking messages from protonmail (but I know very little about how email works which is why I want to see if someone here has an answer). I have attached a copy of the bounced message. I even sent a message to the IT dept at emcare to see if they are blocking protonmail, but I never got a reply. I have deleted the email address from the report listed below.
