Hi Ken,

Since we can't determine your ISP you could try using the SMTP service provided by a free email provider such as Gmail SMTP or Hotmail SMTP.

My email server in Australia is Bigpond.

So my SMTP for incoming and outgoing emails is:

mail.bigpond.com

Can you tell me what the Dialog outgoing email SMTP is for Bigpond, Australia?

The SMTP server setting when connected to Dialog internet is smtp.dialognet.lk
