outgoing email

    i am receiving emails but cannot send

    What error message do you get when sending?

    If you can post the complete error message, or take a screen shot and attach it in a reply, that will help us to help you fix the problem.

    message: The connection to server has failed. Subject 'test', Account: 'POP-SERVER.EC.RR.COM Server:'SMTP-SERVER.' Protocol: SMTP,Port 25, Secure (SSL): NO, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCCOE this is the error message for outgoing; however incoming is working

    Double check your settings. In your outgoing mail server settings it says "SMTP-SERVER" where it should say "smtp-server.ec.rr.com". You might also need to change your outgoing port number from 25 to 587.
