Office 365 is going to start using user friendly NDR's compared to the usual server wording in the typical bounce messages from mailer-daemon.
For example, instead of "User Unknown" you might receive:

The process for fixing the problem is the same:
If the contact is in the same company as you, contact your company IT support for help checking the account.

- If it came from your address book, delete and recreate the entry for the contact
- If the problem persists try calling the contact to get their current email address
