I have been having troubles with people that have a nycap.rr address were not receiving my e-mails now most arebut in their junk folders.
My husband and I are unable to send to nycap.rr addresses includong each other. Husband usind WIndows Vista Outlok Express
I am using Windows 7 Windows Live MAil
After 3 hours with twc(ugh) they suggested an operations problem as things are working through roadrunner webmail wiht hte exception of we can not receieve from each other. All e-mails appear in sent folder
