Not working!

    Once again, my scryptmail is not receiving emails and is not sending emails. I am getting very tired of the constant problems.

    me too...beein super frustrating.
    right when i think it is stable...it starts acting up again.

    Yes there were some changes last night. Please remember to reload your browser if you've been away from the site for a while. Going forward you should start getting a notice in SCRYPTmail when there have been updates and a reload is required. When you run into a problem that isn't fixed by a reload, the output from the console tab in your web browser developer tools is helpful (ctrl-shift-I) in most web browsers. Anything red will be needed by Sergei.

    Are you serious with that answer? Ridiculous. Email is supposed to be RELIABLE, like EVERY other email service. The user is not supposed to be an engineer in order to use it. Reloading doesnt work. Same damn thing as last time.

    reloaded, logged out and went to new browser...same thing..no messages sending or receiving.

    Yes, the developer tools output is required at times because SCRYPTmail can't impersonate/login to user accounts to troubleshoot issues directly.

    FWIW, please remember that the service is labeled beta until v1.0 is released. In the meantime, thank you for your patience and understanding while the service is developed.

    No, I have NO patience, and its absurd that you would even ask for patience. THIS IS EMAIL. You are an email service. You should know email is needed IMMEDIATELY when its sent, not hours or days later. I am tired of dealing with this bullsh*t

    @mxg, @bwillia1 I apologize for the inconvenience. Despite our very careful approach with delivering new updates, complexity of such task is still leaves room for errors. As you noticed, we experienced another delay with sending or receiving emails, this time is due to the fact of someone send email with incorrect recipient in 'To' field, where our email validator get stuck causing all new emails put on hold.

    No emails get lost, it just a '2 a.m' error. Unfortunately our budget prohibit us from keeping 24 live server supervision. However we promise to troubleshoot and fix bugs in very fast manner.
    Issue is resolved, and server is catching up with emails right now.

    Please check gmail.com It may offer you the very reliable and stable service. We trying our best, but we are far away from being stable product, and despite our best effort, we may have errors in the future.

    Same here. I use this email account for my moderator account on forums, and this is very frustrating.

    The outage is due to the database servers running out of space. We're working to get more space added. We expect the downtime to be at least another hour.

    If you're going to have a problem, I suppose it's one of those good problems to have. The service has grown almost 6x in the last 2 months since the new interface was released.

    I'll update again with the progress within the next hour. I understand it's frustrating when email is down and we're working to get it back online ASAP.

    It's going to be a little longer. We added an additional 2TB of database storage. If there are no other problems we should be back online soon.
