Not receiving emails

    Am getting the following message when trying to receive my mail:

    One or more messages could not be received from the server. For assistance please contact your ISP.

    I've created a log file so wondered if anybody could help resolve the problem please.

    Hi Tony,

    You can follow these steps fix this problem:

    • Close your PC.
    • Reboot the PC and open Incredimailagain.
    • Call your ISP and checked your Firewall, tried resetting account details manually and Wizard.
    I hope this way you can fix the problem.
