Not receiving all my emails

    I am not receiving all the emails that have been sent to me. I even sent one to myself from another email and didn't receive it nor is it in my junk mail folder. At the top of my Hotmail page it says that my account is unavailable. Any ideas?

    Which email service do you use?

    Did any of the senders get a bounce or error message?

    Check the spam folder in your test account for a message from mailer-daemon at the time you sent the test.

    Check your settings to make sure the mail is not being forwarded.

    Change your password to help ensure that someone else doesn't have access to your email account.
