I have a small business e-mail address, but Yahoo! says I don't have small business products or services associated with my Yahoo! ID, so there's no way to get support! Grrr. I also have a personal Yahoo! e-mail address that I sign into with the same ID. Once logged on, I can switch back and forth between them.
My business e-mail is not receiving all e-mails sent to it (no, they are not in the spam folder). I receive some e-mails, but I suspect I'm not getting most of them. I sent a message from my Earthlink account and it didn't arrive. I sent to my Earthlink account from the Yahoo! account in question, and had no problem. I need help to get this resolved ASAP, since it's a business account.
