No incoming emails

For five days I have received no incoming emails. I can send ok but nothing coming in. People are calling and asking why haven't I responded to email. I have checked filters etc. My mail.com is very basic I send and receive emails only. Please help .

What happens if you send an email to yourself from a different email account?

Do you get any kind of bounce or error message back?

Try changing your password in case someone else has gained access to your account.

If you want to share your mail.com address with us (a private message is fine) I can do a manual test against their MX server and let you know if email appears to be accepted or not.
