If one sees the history page msg.msc in their history is this from sending a message? In other words, in the absence of these words, does that mean a message has not been sent, while the presence of these words indicates that a message has indeed been sent?

Normally I see the words appear underneath the Luminis Platfrom. Thank you for any information you can give me.
