I hope someone can help me. My company can not afford to maintain our mail servers anymore. It has been a bad year and I am wondering if there is a cheaper alternative. Can anyone recommend a 3rd party to host our exchange servers? Will our users microsoft outlook still work with a 3rd party? Will our email be secure? Are we on dedicated or shared hosting? I think that covers my first round of questions! Thanks!

    Hello,

123Together has several levels of exchange hosting available. There is a 30-day trial period. They include Microsoft Outlook 2007 and encrypted sessions between your Microsoft Outlook programs and their Microsoft Exchange servers. It sounds like you are probably a smaller business than a medium or big size business. They have cheaper shared hosting and do have dedicated server options available if you want to go that route too. If you do try them out please let us know what you think of their service.
