Are you looking for a free mail server that can run on Microsoft Windows?
MDaemon Free by Alt-N is available for free use in home and small offices.
Several features are available in the free version including being able to receive e-mail on port 25, check accounts with pop3 on port 110, creating a single mailing list, and a web administration GUI that runs on your computer at http://127.0.0.1:1000
