Managing linked accounts / IDs

    I have five linked accounts/IDs but they stopped appearing in the dropdown menu about six months ago, maybe more, so I can't switch between them.

    When I go to manage any of them I get:
    "Manage linked accounts
    We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later."

    So I can't navigate between the accounts and can't unlink or change anything.

    The problem has persisted for six months or more. I have tried using different browsers and different PCs to no avail.

    Help please!
