i need to ask a question & get some help

I can't open something on my email. I click on it, but on my android phone, I get the message "drive not working.' On the computer nothing shows to open attachments & nothing happens when I click "open sheets' that was sent to me.

The suggestion from the Google forum is to make sure your Google Drive app is up to date, and if that's not the problem try deleting and reinstalling the Drive app.
