I can't reload my hotmail on my phone or Ipad

Since my hotmail was hacked, my phone and Ipad won't accept the new password so my emails aren't automatically downloaded through the mail app - I have to log in through the Internet. How can I rectify this or how do I contact hotmail/outlook
