How to turn off cached exchange mode

To turn off Cached Exchange Mode in Microsoft Outlook:

1. Close and shut down Microsoft Outlook
2. Go to your Control Panel
3. Double click open Mail and then click Show Profiles
4. Select your profile and then select Properties
5. Click E-mail Accounts
6. Select your Exchange account and click Change
7. Uncheck "Use Cached Exchange Mode" and then click Next
8. Click Finish. Click Close. Click OK.
9. Restart Outlook. Go to your folder list and expand the Search Folders.
10. After all the search folders have updated they will appear in OWA.
