A couple great ways to make your Outlook faster are:

• Remove any unnecessary addons/plugins
• Install the latest updates including this one for Outlook 2007

Hi Ppopowich,
Apart from these guidelines as give by you, we also consider the size of PST file. In case, your PST is over-sized or nearby size limit then either by compacting the PST file or by Splitting it.
