Hello,
To enable and view the full email headers in Microsoft Outlook 2010 requires a few more steps than in previous versions.
First, double click open an email, click the down arrow in the quick access bar, and then select More Commands :
Next, highlight Message Options and click the Add button to move it into the "customize quick access toolbar" box on the right side of the screen.
Click OK at the bottom of the window to save the change and close the window.
Now when you are in an email you can click the Message Options Icon to popup the windows that contains the Internet Headers for the email :
