The following are the directions for creating a new e-mail account in outlook express.
- Open Outlook Express
- Click the Tools menu
- Select Accounts
- Click the Add button, and then Mail
- Type in the real name that you want people to see when you send them an e-mail
- Select between POP and IMAP and enter the server names given to you by your ISP
- Enter the username and password given to you by your ISP
- Click Finish.
