To create a list of email addresses from your vBulletin database:
Login to the admincp, click Users, and select Generate Mailing List

A few personal preferences that I use to filter the list down to good contacts that can be imported by Facebook:
- In the "Separate addresses by" box hit the Enter (the cursor will go to the second line)
- Include users that have declined admin emails? Click the radio button for No
- Join Data is after 2013-01-01 (pick a reasonable date and stick to a schedule so you import recent additions, and don't ask more than once)
- Posts are greater than or equal to = 1 (spammers / bad email addresses shouldn't have any posts, and should not be invited to your mailing list)
