When logging in to Yahoo, if you get a pop-up message from Yahoo asking you to confirm your identity, it may be a sign that Yahoo has detected suspicious activity. You will be presented with the option to answer one of your security questions, or confirm a verification code that can be sent to either your alternate email address or phone number. When logging back in you might be presented with a CAPTCHA challenge (letters and numbers in a picture that you need to type into a box). If all of the above fails, try calling Yahoo Customer Service at 1-800-318-0612.
