Hi Joey,
Most email providers have a limit on the file size that you can send with your email. Also, keep in mind that most email providers also have a limit on how big of a file their users can receive. Typically you should be safe trying to send an email that is 2-10MB in size. If you want to send a file larger than that you can compress files before sending them with email. If the file is still too big after putting it in a zip file you can try a service such as YouSendIt.
