Hello. When logging in I entered my account name but accidentally continued with the password in the same box. Now when I log in, my account name and the one with my password tagged on the end both helpfully appear to save me time. How do I delete the one with my password included?

Try using the feature of your web browser to clear recent history.
In Firefox it's History -> Clear Recent History
From within that screen you can pick the past hour or day depending how long it's been.
You can also try checking the saved passwords history and deleting the username that contains your password from there.
In Firefox that's Tools -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords
