My hotmail account has been hacked. I tried to retrieve it through microsoft code sent on my phone number, and although the code was sent and I received it and changed the password, I still cannot enter the account. What shall I do next?
May I prove my identity with my Linkedin and FB pages linked to my hacked account? (I can still enter them). Also, I don't know if it is smart to change the settings there too, because when I do that I am afraid I will not be able to prove myself to Microsoft.
