gmail max attachment size

    Gmail allows up to a 25MB size file to be attached to an email.

    Dropbox allows you to share unlimited size files with a link. ;) I use it for files bigger than 1 MB instead of emailing. You never know what the other recipients provider's arcane attachment requirements are. I've attachments stripped due to an exe inside of a zip. Grr!

    Yeah, that came up becuase of what I was thinking about secure file transfer options in posts #6 and #7 in one of the Hushmail discussions.

    I hate it when I have to send attachments over email / IM.

    I just posted about Dropbox in the General Forum here. Not sure if I've yucked it up here before but I cannot shutup about the service. :)
