Full Error Message

    Hello Customer Name,

    I apologize but we do not have enough information to begin working on this e-mail problem. In order to help troubleshoot this issue we need the full error message that you received. If you are getting a pop up box please write down exactly what it say and the last thing you did before receiving the error. If you received an e-mail bounce message (NDR) please forward us the full bounce message and include your original question and phone number in the new ticket.
