can i forward my yahoo mail account to windows mail or windows live mail without paying for yahoo mail plus if so does anyone know how

Hello,

Technically what you are looking for is pop3 access not email forwarding.

You will either need Yahoo Plus or YPOPS to access your Yahoo email account with pop3.
