Forwarding to Multple Recipients

This may seem a stupid question but I am not sure of the answer so I will ask it anyway. If I receive and email from a colleague that has an attachment that is 3MB and I have to forward that on to 20 other people in our group, when I forward that from Outlook, will I be just uploading 3MB or will it multiply by the 20 people I am sending it to...

Hello,

Most of the time when you send the email it will be 3MB from your computer back to the server, but 20x3MB as it's stored into the recipients inboxes and/or relayed out to internet email addresses.
