Forgotten Password

I have a bellsouth.net ,windows live account. I have forgotten my bellsouth password and they claim my name does not match the last name of the person with my address. Talking to ATT customer service is an exercise in futility . Help please.

Both of the suggested sites ask for my email address (had it for Years} and the last name of the person or account connected with the account. My last name has not changed either. Yet it says it does not match ?????

Try asking for the call to be escalated.

Try asking if they will accept a picture of your drivers license as proof of identity.
