Hello,

Are you getting a password popup indicating your password is wrong for an email account hosted at Blue Host?

If your are sure your account settings are correct, and do not have a problem logging in from other devices such as your work PC or your phone, the IP address of your current location was probably blocked by your Blue Host hosting.

To fix this problem use a web browser and go to http://www.example.com/whm and login with your root password. (replace example.com with your domain name)

Next, do a search in the top right for "cphulk" and then click the orange cPHulk Brute Force Protection link.

Click the tab that says White/Black List Management.

Add the IP addresses for all locations blocked from connecting to the email accounts to the IP whitelist.

After saving the IP addresses to your whitelist click the Flush DB button at the top of the page.
