Failed Delivery

    I received a confirmation order from a website. When I replied to it, it came back as undeliverable. The sender was:, and below is the message:

    Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: (
    The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

    How could I receive the email from, and then when I replied, it came back delivery failed?

    Hi Cecy,

    Some web sites use an email address that can't receive replies when sending email to prevent getting support questions.

    When this happens, check for typos, but most likely you'll need to use the contact methods listed on their web site.
