External Account Busy

    I have a secondary (external) account set up in Yahoo mail. When I click on the refresh button (the small semi-circular arrow just to the right of inbox), from time to time I see the following message:

    "We're sorry, but it looks like your external account <my email> is busy. Please try again in a while."

    What are some typical reasons this happens? Is this normal?

    Also, how frequently does Yahoo attempt to download messages from pop3 servers? Is this configurable?
