Dear help desk
I am facing problem in accessing my yahoo mail account. 2-3 months ago my account was hacked by some one who used for fraud. After then I have been asked to give my phone number to but I must pay for the charge. I refused to give my number or password. Today my account is totall unaccessible as I tried many times. I don't think yahoo is doing this. But the hackers are frightnening me. I don't understand how these guys are getting into to hack.
Please help desk, help out with the trouble. I couldn't open my mail account at all.
