I added a couple new rows on Compare - Encrypted Email Service Providers

The intent is to show that no one is immune, geographic location doesn't matter, and (if you care) that if anything it's how much of and how well your data is encrypted matters more than where your servers are.

I agree, our responsibilities as services should not be to encourage paranoia in users or tell them lies, that they secured with some particular service, but to be open and honest with threats, be it government of hackers.
Regarding your new addons with layer of encryption is not very clear if you referencing data is stolen from Data Center by hackers or if government made request to company. If second, no matter if service claim encrypt data on server, they will be obligated to decrypt it.
