Emails not opening, toolbar not visible

My emails are arrive in the inbox,but nothing happens when I click on them. I can't open any other boxes,sent /drafts,and the tool bar is no longer visible. I have gone through your list of suggestions,cleared cookie,cache,and can use yahoo on my mobile.
Have recently downloaded new version of adobe flash player,could this have caused the problem?
