email text syntax looks like html.

When I compose my emails using Chrome and the standard hotmail browser the text syntax looks like html.

For example when I try to copy a URL and paste it into my email I get something that looks like this <a href="http&#58;&#47;&#47;www.cnn.com&#47;" target="_blank" class="newlyinsertedlink">http&#58;&#47;&#47;www.cnn.com&#47;</a>
rather than what it was www.cnn.com.

Also my signature format is all wrong.

NOTE this only happens when I am formatting emails on my home desktop and with in Chrome.

This has been driving me nuts for months now. I sure hope someone can help me with this.

Where is the URL being copied from? It appears HTML code was being handled incorrectly at the time. Try copy/paste as plain text. Sometimes copying to notepad and then copy from notepad to email can help fix copy & paste issues.
