Hi Clonie,
You're right, I don't see a way to select and delete more than 25 emails at a time in the road runner webmail.
Try using a mail program on your computer such as Mozilla Thunderbird to manage your account.
POP3 can be used to quickly download and have all email deleted from the road runner servers.
Use the webmail to sort and move email from specific senders to fodlers before using POP3 to download in case you want to save some of the email from being deleted.
Here are the settings - Road Runner incoming (pop) and outgoing (smtp) mail servers
