    How do I setup an inbox that our team of people can access?

    If you are using Microsoft Exchange as your server I recommend creating a shared mailbox - Shared mailboxes: Exchange 2013 Help

    If you are using a hosted email account, sharing IMAP access to a small team can work but it's a but clunky and you'll need to change the password every time you want to remove access for someone from the account.

    Depending on the type of email that you're sharing, you might want to consider a ticketing system that can process and create tickets in a web site for you as new emails are received.
