Can't reply to or send emails on my iPad..

Hi, all of a sudden I can't reply to emails or create new emails in my hotmail account on my IPad when I use the mobile and/or PC website on safari. It still seems to work through the Mail app though? When I try to reply or create a new email I get a message which says, "Sorry, there was an error, try again" Any help or suggestions of why it's happening would be much appreciated!
I've rebooted my iPad several times, updated the software, rebooted again and nothing seems to work? I'm mystified!

Turning off my iPhone works wonders for apps gone crazy, it might work for the iPad too.

Don't just kill the app. Do a complete power off and power on.

Please also make sure that your apps are up to date.

Thanks for your reply. It's not the app - that works fine - it's only when I open up the website online via safari. I can receive all my mail but just can't write/send any new ones or reply to any.
