cannot send mails on Mail.com

    i have just set up an new account on mail.com and suddenly i cannot send mails....my account is massage777
    can someone please help to see what the problem is?

    What mail.com smtp server settings are you using?

    Try smtp.mail.com using port 465 with SSL enabled and smtp authentication using the same username & password as your incoming mail server settings.

    Which mail program are you using?

    We'll make some screen shots to help make it easier to fix.

    Same thing here:
    I can't send my email but can receive
    This is the error I get:
    Server: ctel etc
    Windows Live Mail Error 0x800CCC7A
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 587
    Secure(SSL): yes

    According to this page: Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail error codes, that error code means:

    0x800CCC7AIXP_E_SMTP_NO_SENDERNo sender address specified
    I'm not sure what that means in this context though. Perhaps someone more well-versed in Windows Live Mail will be able to help you out.
