Can not Receive Emails From a Specific Domain

Hello Everyone,
This Problem started when we changed our Server Hosting Company,
to one Domain(@se.com.sa) after that we changed the company again and now we can receive from this domain.
but the same problem started now to another domain(@aramco.com).
they don't have bounce back messages when i checked the server ,there was no E-mails reached to our server.

(aramco.com) told us 100% that the problem is not from there end,
And Actually This is aramco (world’s top exporter of crude oil and natural gas liquids.)
i don't think they have such a silly problem,
Please Help.

Can you ask them for the delivery logs showing delivery to the new email provider? With that, you'll have evidence for the new provider to ask them to trace the email from after it was accepted by their servers.
