blocked hotmail account

my hotmail account has been blocked but i can't get it back, i have tried to send a code to my phone number but it didnt work and when i sign in they take me to a link that says how do you want to receive your code and when i chose i can't chose accept send an email to a_*****@yahoo.com and this is an ccount which is don't know its password so how can u help me please to return access to my account? thnks in advance
